After the peer-to-peer lending platform NEO Finance announced that the platform fee will come into force as of 1 April this year, some investors started wondering whether the changes will also affect the crowdfunding platform FinoMark.

In response to these questions, the FinoMark team informs that there will be no additional fees for investors. The platform will remain free of charge for investors and there are currently no plans to introduce a usage fee.

It is important to note that FinoMark and NEO Finance are two different platforms: the former for business loan investments and the latter for peer-to-peer lending. Although the two platforms are technologically linked - for example, FinoMark investors open an account through NEO Finance - this integration does not entail additional costs.

Therefore, if you invest on both platforms, you will only be charged for the use of the NEO Finance. Investments in FinoMark remain tax-free.
