FinoMark has decided to enter into an agreement with UAB "Miesto raida" to provide short-term loans up to 12 months for the company’s current needs. The following are guarantors for this loan: UAB Investicijų komanda, Investiciniai partneriai UAB, and UAB LDK finansai. Such an agreement helps to ensure business continuity and stability between project stages until revenues from ongoing projects or other sources are received, thus helping maintain smooth project execution and financial stability.

Project description

UAB "Miesto raida" will direct the received funds towards supplementing the company’s working capital, searching for new business opportunities and investments, and financing them. Since UAB "Miesto raida" operates in long-term investments, consulting, and the selection, acquisition, and development of new projects, these funds will be used to ensure seamless project execution and efficient business continuity. The need for working capital is particularly important for several reasons:

1. Short-term financial commitments – covering expenses before income is received.

2. Continuity in project execution – a stable cash flow allows timely completion of works.

This financing will ensure flexibility in managing the project portfolio and rapid response to market changes.
