Since UAB "Miesto raida" operates in long-term investments, consulting, and the selection, acquisition, and development of new projects, these funds will be used to ensure seamless project execution and efficient business continuity. The need for working capital is particularly important for several reasons:
1. Short-term financial commitments – covering expenses before income is received.
2. Continuity in project execution – a stable cash flow allows timely completion of works.
This financing will ensure flexibility in managing the project portfolio and rapid response to market changes.
