UAB "Inebara" seeks to secure a credit line intended to finance car acquisitions based on customer orders. This financing model was chosen considering the nature of the company’s activities and the need to flexibly manage working capital, as car purchases are made continuously and depend on the flow of individual customer orders.
The credit line would enable the company to respond promptly to customer needs and acquire vehicles from foreign auctions and the local market more quickly, without waiting for full client funding. Although customers pay on average a 15% advance upon order, financing the remaining amount requires additional capital, which currently limits the company’s growth rate.
Flexible use of the credit line would allow for effective cash flow management—funds would be used only when there is an actual need and repaid immediately after the sale of the cars. This would reduce financing costs compared to traditional loans and allow for optimal use of capital.
It is planned that the raised financing will increase the company’s transaction volume, shorten order fulfillment times, and strengthen its competitive advantage in the market. The credit line will become a key tool to ensure sustainable business growth and increase company revenues.
